In winter, you have to heat the room with gas or a stove to ventilate the room.

Do not use the gas stove in a state of insufficient ventilation!

If you are heating with a gas or kerosene heater in winter, please ventilate the room (kitchen) with fresh air from time to time.
The air in the room (kitchen) may be polluted, the stove may not ignite, and it may not burn normally.
Inadequate ventilation can lead to carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning due to incomplete combustion.

    Points to use

Never leave the place while using the stove.
Be sure to put out the fire when you leave.
Especially when heating with a stove, such as in winter, it may be difficult for the stove to catch fire, so please replace the air.

→ The food you are cooking may burn, burn or cause a fire

    Points to use

    If it spills ...
The gas is shut off by the extinguishing safety device, but the flame may become unstable due to temporary clogging of the broth. Also, if you leave it dirty, the flame outlet may become clogged and the flame may flow back, causing a malfunction of the stove or a fire.
Also, when reheating miso soup, reduce the heat and stir well to warm it. If you suddenly reheat it over high heat, the miso that sank to the bottom of the pan will suddenly spurt out (bumping phenomenon), and there is a risk of burns.
    * Be especially careful of bean miso with dashi stock (red miso).

Never leave the place while cooking!

    Points for cooking !!

When using a one-handed pan or unstable cooking utensils with uneven bottoms ...

Be sure to hold the handle while cooking!

For one-handed pans, if the lid of the pan during cooking is removed or the weight of the cooked food becomes lighter due to evaporation of water, it may be pushed up by the force of the temperature sensor and may tilt or slip off. If you use it in an unstable condition, the pot may tilt and the food may get on your body, resulting in burns. When using the stove, do not use a one-handed pot, a wok, a pot with a dent, a pot with a round bottom, a pot with a slippery bottom, or a pot with a small diameter in an unstable state.

    Points to use

    • Be sure to hold the handle when cooking.
    • Use it in a stable condition, such as keeping the handle from sticking out from the front of the device.
    • For pots with a biased center of gravity, such as one-handed pots and frying pans, align them with the claws as shown in the illustration so that they do not become unstable.
